Ulyanovsk Region, Ulyanovsk Vostochny

  • situated in close vicinity to transport corridors which cater for 19% of the world air-traffic
  • access to foreign-made aircraft maintenance and repair service market
  • access to developed aircraft infrastructure
  • access to qualified manpower
  • already existing cluster of aircraft component parts
  • the second world’s longest civil flight strip.

The zone area is - 120 hectares (subsequently enlarging to 640 hectares).

State infrastructure investments planned - over 1 billion roubles.

Khabarovsk Region, Sovetskaya Gavan

  • access to the Strait of Tartary which is the only natural vessels asylum regardless of wind direction
  • proximity to the world trade routes
  • access to the Baikal-Amur Mainline, a transfer point of the West-East Transit Corridor
  • access to the accelerated transit route reaching the Pacific coast of the USA and Canada.

The SEZ area is 290 hectares (subsequently enlarging to 450 hectares).

State infrastructure investments planned - over 3.74 billion roubles.
