Oleg Fomichev: Strategy-2030 will define vision of Russia on a long-term outlook
On October 19th, 2015 the State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev moderated the round table "Strategy of socio-economic development of Russia up to 2030: issues of development" within the XIV All-Russian forum "Strategic planning in regions and cities of Russia: space of a choice and choice of space".
Oleg Fomichev noted that Strategy-2030 has to become continuation of the previous stages of activity of state authorities, and its development to be based on an assessment of experience of realization documents of strategic planning, both positive, and negative.
The law "About strategic planning in the Russian Federation" provided development of one of fundamental documents of strategic planning – strategy of social and economic development of the Russian Federation till 2030. Within a round table participants discussed a conceptual image of the future and the key directions of development of the Russian Federation till 2030, key risks and opportunities for realization of tasks.
According to the Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Strategy-2030 has to be developed in 2016, moreover, until the end of 2016 according to it is necessary to update all documents of strategic planning. "This task looks isn't really realistic, - he noted. - It assumes that the strategy needs to be accepted in February of the next year". The expert community already suggested to postpone the date of development of the document.
"Despite this Ministry of Economic Development begun development of Strategy-2030, the document has to become not simply the program of alleged reforms and transformations in the sphere of social and economic development, but to define the vision of Russia on a long-term outlook", - he emphasized.
