Russia opens trade representation office in Mongolia
Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev has signed the instruction of setting up RF trade representation office in Mongolia prepared by Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
In compliance with this document the office would be situated in Ulan Bator city. Structure and personnel arrangement of new trade representation will be determined by Ministry of Economic Development within the maximum number of foreign staff of the Ministry.
Currently Russia holds its trade representation offices in 55 countries of the world. Their objective is representation of the Russian Federation interests on all issues of foreign economic activity, taking part in implementation of the relevant intergovernmental trade & economic agreements, protection of interests of Russian exporters and importers, rendering them the assistance in implementation of business contacts, and the development of new directions and forms of economic, scientific and technical cooperation.
