15.07.10On July 15, 2010 in Yekaterinburg, in the framework of the 12th round of Russian-German inter-government consultations at the highest level, the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Elvira Nabiullina and Minister of Economy and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany Rainer Bruederle signed a Memorandum between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Federal Republic of Germany on management training for national economy of the Russian Federation and the Federal Republic of Germany.
The Federal Republic of Germany is one of the main foreign partners of the Russian Federation on management training for national economy.
According to the results of the meeting held on October 2, 2009 in Berlin of the Management Committee of the Program of Management Training for national economy of the Russian Federation with the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany the areas of program management training for Germany and Russia over the medium term were identified.
During the cooperation under the State plan for management training 4,221 specialists (228 out of this number in 2010) were on internship in enterprises in Germany as part of bilateral exchanges. Two more teams (29 persons) will be sent for training in Germany in September 2010. Beginning with 2010 "Management in the social sphere" and "Development of small and medium-sized businesses" are additional types of internships for Russian managers in Germany.
Since 2007, in the course of the bilateral exchanges 161 German managers were on the training at the Russian enterprises, including 15 managers in Kazan in 2010. Until the end of 2010 it is planned to hold an internship for additional 30 German specialists at the Russian enterprises: 15 specialists from 20 September to 1 October in the Siberian cities of the consortium (Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo and Barnaul) and 15 specialists from 25 October to 5 November in St. Petersburg and Samara.
A 10th anniversary meeting of the German-Russian management committee of the Management Training Program for national economy of the Russian Federation with the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany will be held in September 2010 in Kazan.
